Element47 Concert Poster

I was asked to design a concert poster for Element47, a local Seattle grunge band. I spoke with the founder who showed me examples of band posters he liked which were primarily retro and psychedelic themed. I decided to try and fuse this style with the grunge vibe of the band's music and their previous assets. The color scheme and font choice was inspired by the retro/60's vibe, while the varied textures and black and white images speaks to the grunge theme.
